BBSinstruments is proud to offer FREE UPS Ground Service Shipping on all domestic orders over $100.00! Note: Free shipping does
not apply to orders over $100.00 shipped by a method other than UPS Ground.
Our Shipping Methods:
After your order has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered by one of the following methods based on your merchandise subtotal and
shipping selection:

Most orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), are shipped the same business day. Shipping will not occur on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays.
Orders received during the weekend or over holidays will be promptly shipped on the next working business day. Note: UPS 2nd Day Air or
UPS Next Day Air Saver Shipping is shipped the day the order is filled and not necessarily the day the order is placed. (Example:
An order comes in after 2:00 PM CST on Friday and requests UPS Next Day Air Saver shipping. The order most likely will not be shipped until the
following Monday, assuming it is not a holiday.) Some shipping exceptions include:
- Products on back-order will ship as soon as the items become available.
- Custom or Special Order products will ship as soon as the items become available.
- Drop ship products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and thus delivery times will vary.
- Products purchased that are held for review by PayPal or Google will ship as soon as PayPal or Google clears payment.
Shipping charges may vary for shipments sent by alternative carriers at the request of the customer. A BBSinstruments.com representative will calculate
shipping charges via alternate shipping carriers. Additionally, shipping calculations may be different for wholesale, contract, or large volume orders.
If you are placing a wholesale, contract, or large volume order please verify the shipping costs with your sales representative.
International Shipments
Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to locations within the United States. No international shipments will be accepted (this includes
Canada and Mexico).
Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes)
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Providing a P.O. Box address for an online order will result in delays and possible cancellation of your order by
a BBSinstruments.com representative. We require a physical shipping address for all online orders. If you must have your shipment sent to a P.O. Box
please contact our Customer Service for assistance (shipping charges may vary).
Multiple Shipments
Your order may be divided into multiple shipments that arrive at different times. For example: An order is placed for both in-stock and custom items.
The in-stock items will most likely ship first and the custom items may ship and arrive at a later time. If your order contains any
items on back-order, they will not arrive with the bulk of your order, but will ship as soon as they are available.
Signature Required
A signature may be required for all shipments.
Non-Sterile
Items are shipped non-sterile. BBSinstruments.com does not provide sterile items. All items must be sterilizied by appropriate methods before use.
