Guarantee/Warranty Policy:
Xinhua Surgical Instrument Co., Ltd. (XSI) warrants all XSI instruments purchased directly from XSI or its authorized dealers in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

All XSI instruments are guaranteed against any defects in material and workmanship when used for their intended surgical or dental purpose for a period of two years from the invoice date.

Within this period any XSI product that proves defective in workmanship or material will either be repaired or replaced, at XSI's discretion, without charge. After this two year period expires, replacement will no longer be an option and the cost of repairs will be charged for any and all repair services.

Products not purchased from an authorized source may not be authentic or meet XSI's quality Standards and may have been tampered with. Bio-Bridge Science is the exclusive source for XSI's instruments in the United States.

Warranty Exceptions:
This warranty is void for Xinhua Surgical Instrument Co., Ltd. (XSI) instruments serviced by any person or facility other than the XSI Instrument Repair Services. This warranty is also void for any customer made, custom etched or neutralized products.

Warranties are not valid for XSI instruments that prove defective as a result of improper care and cleaning or misuse. Instruments or products that are damaged in fire, flood or other acts or disasters are also excluded from warranty.

Except as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, XSI makes no other representations and warranties regarding its instruments, either expressed or implied. In addition, in no event will XSI be liable for any incidental, special or exemplary damages or loss of profits in connection with the use of XSI instruments.

Care & Maintenance:
The procedures outlined below should be followed to ensure safe handling of biologically contaminated instruments. All the instruments must be sterilized prior to use.
